The artists manage most of the artworks that are displayed in our online store. Once we have received your payment. In most cases we will contact the artist to ship your purchased item.


Shipping fee is not included.

The artists manage most of the artworks that are displayed in our online store. In most cases, once we have received your payment, we will contact the artist to ship your purchased item.

The shipping fee depends on the number/weight of the package as well as the country/location to which it is to be sent. 

After we confirm your purchase, we will sent you the estimated shipping fee. 

Most artworks will be sent from Japan, and so shipping charges may become particularly high for some products. If this is the case, cancel/refund options are available. It will take about 7-10 days for the refund to process.

During the holiday season things get busy, please make sure to allow us extra time (usually two weeks in advance to be on the safe side) for items to be made, and shipped.
