Miyu Ai
Epiphany of Color

Welcome to the world painted in hues of Miyu Ai’s colors.
I hope my artworks invoke a variety of hues and passion coming out of the epiphany of their textures and thus stir your heart up with kindness and other emotions.

In her digital art, Miyu Ai aspires to pursue the epiphany of texture and color to their extreme. A face of a woman at the core of her pieces encapsulates the feelings deep inside in her expression, verbalizing them in the language of silence for the viewers to hear them at heart. Her acrylic paints are in pursuit of and thus express their mixture of different hues and how they come alive.

Miyu Ai was born in Aichi, Japan, and began teaching herself digital art and acrylic painting around December 2020 while still working as a childcare worker.
She uses an iPad and an iPad pencil to create her digital work. The women’s faces in her works appear impressionistically and thus allow you to project your own emotions. In the background, you find the texture that compliments the face of a woman and an epiphany of colors overflowing.
Her works of acrylic painting stimulate the viewers’ hearts with a subtle mixture of colors in their abstract expression.
She was inspired to start painting after the loss of her father and mother.
Miyu Ai puts all her emotions into her paintings to release her feelings.
Having been posting her works on Instagram and Facebook since 2021, she aims to exhibit her works in various places in the future.
Besides exhibitions within Japan, including the 24th AIDS Charity Art Exhibition at Kyocera Museum of Art, Kyoto, Japan (March 2022), she has exhibited her work in several countries. Her work abroad includes a digital art piece at madsgallery in Milan, Italy (December 2021), an acrylic painting at the same gallery in the following year, an online exhibit at GALERIA AZUR, Madrid, Spain (March 2022), and an exhibit at Art Shopping Carrousel du Louvre represented by the Galerie Artio (April 2022).
