TAKUMI was born in Chiba in 1969.He was disgusted with the shopsigns,menus that were simply printed.He was inspired by the word Chalkart from the radio.After he encountered chalkart,he studied under Yuka,Ayumi at the Hakubokudo of the Monique Chalkart Association accreditedschool.After completing the curriculum,he has been working as an artist and lecturer in order to convey many peaple the fun of chalkart that anyone can easily start.He used chalk(oilpastel)to draw flowers and animals on a blackboard,and draws backgrounds that match the image.He draws works daily to develop his style futher.His goal is to draw an easily understandable,high-impact picture that makes fun for peaple to watch.
